Be responsible for Banquet service, maintain efficient and courteous
working attitude. Perform duties ding to hotel regulations. If necessary,
finish the work assigned by the supervisor in other parts of the food and
beverage department. Finish other work assigned by superior.
负责宴会的服务工作,要保持高效、礼貌的工作态度。根据饭店的规章制度来完成本职工作。如果需要,完成上级布置的餐饮部其它分部的工作。完成上级布置的其它工作。

Administration
行政职责:
·
Controls part-timers hired for specific
functions and checks attendance of all permanent and casuals.
负责管理特殊宴会的临时工,并检查所有员工的出勤情况。
·
Maintains proper records of Sales, guest
complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment in
appropriate logbooks for reference.
记录销售额、客户投拆、解决方法及有关人员及设备情况,以备查询。
·
Makes frequent suggestions to Management in
reference to improvement of general operation, cost control and profitability.
向领导提出建议,以提高工作效率,达到增源节流的目的。
·
Sets and serves in functions in dance to the
Standard Operating Manual.
根据标准的工作手册工作与服务。
·
In charge of repair of fixtures, fittings and
banquet operating equipment, initiates maintenance request as necessary.
负责灯饰、家具、设备的维修。如需要,填写维修申请表。
·
Maintains establishment of par stock for
operating supplies to ensure smooth operation.
保持足够存货以确保本部的正常运营。
·
Participates in daily briefings and monthly
communication meetings to discuss various aspects of service and preparation.
参加每日的晨会,通过每月的交流会议来讨论有关服务及准备工作等方面的问题。

Follows control procedures for billing before
and after service

Implements and enforces safety regulations and
house rules.

Training and Human Resources

Observes and records employee performance,
hence able to make recommendations regarding employee promotions.

Trains personnel ding to established
procedures; conducts orientation of all new employees and ongoing training of
all staff.
尽快使新员工熟悉饭店,并对员工进行培训饭店的规章制度。

Conducts interview with prospective employees.

Establishes effective employee relations and
maintains the highest level of professionalism, ethic and attitude towards all
hotel guests, clients, heads of department and employees.
建立良好的人事关系,在工作中树立良好的工作形象。
·
Ensure wherever possible that employees are
provided with a work place free of discrimination, harassment and
victimisation.
·确保无论何时都应提供给员工们一个没有歧视、骚扰和迫害的工作环境。

Treat complaints of harassment and
discrimination promptly and confidentially.

Treat customers and colleagues from all cultural

Identify and deal with issues which may cause

Be expert of Office Software.
熟练操作办公软件。
More than 2years F&B banquet management experience
in similar level hotel.
有相似级别酒店的餐饮部宴会管理工作经历2以上

All staffs are required to comply with every
reasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount of
time that it takes to comply under normal circumstances.

All staffs may be assigned to other duties in
the hotel as and when required by business levels.

Ensure that all potential and real Hazards are
reported immediately and rectified

Be fully conversant
with all departmental Fire, Emergency procedures

Ensure that all emergency procedures are
rehearsed, implemented and enforced to provide for the security and safety of
guests and Staffs

·
Ensure the safety of the persons and the
property of all within the premises by fairly applying Hotel Regulations by
strict adherence to existing laws, statutes etc.

Ensure all Staff within the department work in
a manner which is safe and unlikely to give risk of harm or injury to selves or
others
