行李员 Bell Attendant

岗位要求 Job Description:
1.主动、积极、热情的帮助客人提携沉重的行李
To help the guest pick up the luggage actively and friendly
2.积极的关注迎面走过来的客人并提供必要的帮助
Pay attention to the guest who is walking toward to you and provide the sincerely service to them
3.在客人入住和退房的时候，为客人提供行李服务
Provide the luggage service during guest check in and check out
4.欢迎每一位客人，热情的打招呼
Welcome every guest warmly
5.为客人开/关车门
Open and close the car door actively
6.保持车道入口的畅通
Ensure the lobby entrance is well controlled
7.带领客人到前台入住并在后面等待，并及时带领客人到房间
Escort guest to the front desk and then escort the guest to the room after Check-in
8.熟悉电梯的操作和紧急楼梯
Be familiar and have knowledge of the elevator operation and emergency stairs location
9.为客人提供酒店信息和服务指南
Provide hotel information and service directory
