岗位职责 Job Description:
1.保持与顾客和同事的良好合作关系
Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships
2.确保始终提供给客人礼貌、专业的服务
Ensures provide a courteous and professional service at all times
3.确保遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务
Deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times
4.问候并向贵宾和长住客人提供入住登记服务
Greeting and checking-in VIP and Long Stay guests
5.确保熟悉掌握酒店的产品知识及服务标准
Familiar with the hotel’s products and services
6.确保知悉最新的促销信息,规章制度及其他重要信息
Aware of current promotions, policies and other important information
7.亲自确认客人在入住前的所有准备工作确保客人有一个流畅的入住
Personally and frequently verifies that guests are receiving the best possible preparation before guest arrival, to ensure Guest have a smoothly check in
8.与客人建立和谐的宾客关系并长久保持
Establishes a rapport with guests and maintains good customer relationship

1. 良好的组织领导能力
Demonstrated excellent organization
2. 相关工作经验优先
Experience in GRO first
3. 良好的英文沟通能力
Good knowledge of Conversational English

- 国际联号工作经验:优先
- 国内管理公司经验:优先
- 年龄要求:35岁以下
- 语言要求:英语-良好,中国普通话-良好
- 计算机能力:良好
