JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Meet and greet all Suite and Villa arrival.Check all VIP rooms before arrival.Assist the guest with check in and check out and make sure the billing is correct.Use “moment of truth” meeting the guest and create a memorable experience.Be familiar with all guests preferences and personalize the service.
QUALIFICATIONS
At least 1 year guests service experience within international brand hotels.Good English and computer skills.Good knowledge of the entire Front Office, Housekeeping and Food and Beverage Operations.Knowledge of Opera Property Management System preferred.

任职要求
至少1年以上国际品牌酒店宾客服务工作经验。良好的英语沟通能力和电脑技能。熟悉整个前厅部、客房部和餐饮部运营。熟悉运用Opera系统优先考虑。
