市场传讯主任 MarCom Executive

负责酒店品牌传播、内容创作与公关活动落地，维护本地媒体及达人资源，提升酒店品牌曝光，支持客房、餐饮及宴会业务推广。
Responsible for hotel brand communication, content creation and PR event implementation. Maintain local media and KOL resources, increase hotel brand exposure and support the promotion of rooms, F&B and banquet business.
主要职责 Key Responsibilities
1、撰写中英文宣传文案、推文。
Write Chinese and English promotional copies and social media posts.
2运营公众号等官方账号。
Manage official accounts including WeChat Official Account.
3、维护上海本地媒体、KOL 资源，策划活动。
Maintain Shanghai local media and KOL resources and plan activities./4保障对外宣传内容符合集4、团品牌规范，跨部门协同支持产品推广。
Ensure all external publicity complies with group brand standards and cooperate cross-functionally to support product promotion.
5、完成上级交办的其他市场传讯相关工作。
Complete other MarCom-related tasks assigned by supervisor.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1、大专及以上学历，2 年及以上市场传讯相关经验，有上海酒店资源优先。
College degree or above, at least 2 years of relevant MarCom experience. Candidates with Shanghai hotel resources are preferred.
2、良好中英双语写作能力，熟悉主流新媒体平台运营。
Good bilingual writing ability in Chinese and English, familiar with operation of major new media platforms.
3、擅长文案，具备基础图文 / 短视频处理能力，审美佳。
Skilled in copywriting with basic image and short video editing skills and good aesthetic sense.
4、沟通协调能力强，注重细节。
Strong communication and coordination skills and detail-oriented.
5、熟练使用 Office 办公软件。
Proficient in MS Office.
