康乐副经理 Asst. Recreation Manager

岗位概述 Job Summary：
协助管理泳池、健身中心、儿童俱乐部、沙滩、电影院等康乐部门日常运作。
Assist in managing daily operations of swimming pool, fitness center, children's club, beach, cinema and other recreational departments.
岗位职责 Duties & Responsibilities:
1.了解客人的需求和期望，开发新的康乐活动计划，帮助客人解决问题，给客人提供卓越的服务；
Understand the needs and expectations of guests, develop new recreational activity plans, help guests solve problems, and provide guests with excellent service.
2.组织部门每日例会，确保有效的部门交流和信息沟通；
Organize daily department meetings to ensure effective departmental communication and information exchange.
3.做好部门员工培训工作，确保所有团队成员了解标准服务程序；
Do a good job in training department staff to ensure that all team members understand standard service procedures.
4.完成上级领导交代的其他工作任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
岗位要求 Requirements:
1.大专或大专以上学历；
Diploma degree or above.
2.持有救生证、红十字急救证书，熟练掌握泳池水质调节技术；
Having life-saving certificate, red cross first aid certificate, skilled in swimming pool water quality regulation technology.
3.拥有2年及以上相同岗位工作经历优先。
More than 2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
