确保管家服务理念保持瑞吉的高标准。管家是酒店里和所有客人接触最多的人。预知客人的要求并应答客人的问题，向其提供超出他们期望的服务。
Job Summary:
To ensure that the Butler Service concept and Guest Room final product are maintained ata high standard expected in The St. Regis. The Butler is the Main contact withall Guests in the hotel. To anticipate and deliver Guests request and answer Guest questions on a consistent basis to exceed their expectations.
