岗位概述Job Summary:
负责提供电话服务,并帮助完成客人要求(专职管家服务)。
To provide telephone services, answer Guest questions and co-ordinates guest requests (“Butler Service”).
职责义务Duties &Responsibilities:
1.遵循瑞吉酒店的政策和程序,礼貌地接听电话;
Answer all calls in the manner specified by the P&P of The St. Regis on a consistent basis.
2.负责准确及时地为客人提供个人化的叫醒服务;
Responsible for booking and placing of guest long distance calls correctly.
3.保持对产品与服务的高度了解以便于向客人解释和销售服务与设施,采取行动去完成客人的要求,解决客人投诉;
Maintaina high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests, follow up personally to resolve guest request, take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
4.完成你上级交待的其它任务。
Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors
岗位要求 Requirements:
1.有相关岗位工作经验者优先考虑。
Related working experiences is preferred.
2.具有良好的中英文口头和书面沟通能力。
Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
