岗位概述Job Summary：
协助管家服务中心经理管理部门，负责当班的员工正确提供电话服务及宾客服务并在当班时为客人提供优质服务。
To assist the Butler Service Desk Manager in the operation of the Butler Service Desk, responsible for telephone and Personal Guest Service and coordinating guest requests during the shift.
岗位描述 Duties & Responsibilities：
1.主动地为客人提供服务和解决问题，避免和调解抱怨，帮助客人解决争端。
Actively provide services and solve problems for guests, avoid and mediate complaints, and help guests resolve disputes.
2.负责迅速准确地为客人提供叫醒服务，提供优质对客服务。
Responsible for providing prompt and accurate wake-up services to guests and offering high-quality customer service.
3.与其他部门保持有效交流和良好的团队合作。
Maintain effective communication and good teamwork with other departments.
4.确保每时每刻保持工作区域的干净和整洁。
Ensure that the working area is clean and tidy at all times.
5.在部门内进行工作协调，必要时约束员工遵守纪律，给予所管辖的员工不断的建议和支持。
Coordinate work within the department, discipline employees when necessary, and provide continuous advice and support to the staff under your jurisdiction.
6.完成上级交待的其它任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
岗位要求 Requirements：
1.大专或大专以上学历。
College degree or above.
2.良好的中英文表达沟通能力。
Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
3.熟练操作话务台。
Proficient in operating the switchboard.
4.具备良好的管理技能，良好的组织以及解决问题的能力。
Possess good management skills, strong organizational abilities and problem-solving skills.
