保安部总监 Director of Security

岗位职责 Job Responsibilities:
1. 全面负责保安部工作。
Fully responsible for the work of Security Department.
2. 组织全体保安员完成酒店安全保卫工作，确保酒店人、财、物的安全。
Lead all security personnel to complete hotel's safety and security tasks, ensuring safety of hotel personnel, property, and assets.
3. 制定安全管理制度，消防预案，突发事件应急预案和本部门的工作规程。
Formulate safety management policies, fire protection plans, emergency response plans, and departmental operating procedures.
4. 组织开展“防火、防盗、防破坏、防爆、防突发事件”为中心的“五防”安全教育、法制教育。
Organize and carry out safety and legal education focused on the "five preventions": fire prevention, theft prevention, sabotage prevention, explosion prevention, and emergency prevention.
5. 消除安全隐患，做好重大活动的现场安全指挥工作。
Eliminate potential safety hazards and act as the on-site security commander for major events.
6. 维护酒店内部治安秩序，巡视酒店设备，监督保安员工作。
Maintain internal order within hotel, inspect hotel equipment, and supervise work of security personnel.
7. 保障员工和宾客的生命安全，对酒店经营部位和要害部位的安全管理。
Ensure safety of employees and guests, and manage security of hotel operating departments and key areas.
【岗位要求 Job Requirements】
1. 懂得有关安全保卫侦破、消防、海上安全防卫等知识技能。
Possess professional knowledge in areas such as security, investigation, and fire protection.
2. 具有5年以上酒店保安部管理工作经验，2年以上奢华品牌酒店同岗位工作经验，有度假酒店同岗位工作经验优先
Have at least 5 years of management experience in a hotel security department, including at least 2 years in the same position at a luxury brand hotel, preference will be considered with experience in resort hotels.
3.精力充沛，能连续工作，头脑清醒，办事敏捷，具有语言组织能力，善表达。
Be energetic, capable of continuous work, clear-minded, quick in action, possess strong language organizational skills, and be articulate.
