1. To greet customers and seat them accordingly.
问候客人并正确地带领客人入座。
2. To take food and beverage orders and serve them according to the established service sequence.
按照建立的服务顺序，为客人点单和服务。
3. Must be able to deal with any type of requests and inquiries on food and beverage.
必需能解决任何与食物和饮料有关的问题。
4. Have a precise knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend food and beverage combinations, as well as up-sell alternatives.
精通菜单上所有的食物和饮料，并有能力向客人推荐食物和饮料的组合，就像推销一样。
5. To be flexible and adapt to rotate within the different sub departments of the Food and Beverage Division or any other Department of the hotel as assigned.

6. To provide high standard of quality and speed in service at all times.

7. Ensure smoothly service according to the task arranged.
