二,Job description 岗位职责
1.Responsible for the management and operation of the Hotel Chinese restaurant and cantonese dim sum cafeteria. 负责酒店中餐厅和粤式点心自助餐厅的管理和运营工作。
2. Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures. Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
确保符合服务规范和运营程序。遵守当地的卫生和安全法规,或其它适用的规定,以及品牌规范和当地的规章制度。
