We are currently looking for a Training Manager to join our
HR team.
· As a Training Manager, we rely on you to：
· Oversee learning & development and all other
human resources related functions;
· Drive a high-performing and motivated workforce;
· Demonstrate key competencies and values;
· Conduct hotel activities according to the annual
plan
We are looking for someone who:
· Has a passion for people;
· Preferably possesses relevant experience in a
luxury hotel;
· Has good communication and people management
skills;
· Communicates and writes with fluency in English;
· Has strong organizational skills with ability to
multi-task;
· Enjoys interacting with people;
· Able to communicate priorities and drives
business results
