§ Implements
hotel’s Marketing Communications policies and procedures
执行酒店市场传讯政策程序
§ Responsible
for OTAs, brand.com, hotel WeChat maintenance and optimization (including
guests comments reply by personalized and good quality reply), and to achieve
revenue maximum by assisting with Marcom Manager
负责第三方OTA、酒店官网、酒店微信的维护(含个性化/优质的客评回复)及优化,并协助市场传媒经理做到收益化
§ Responsible
for social medias writing, and assist Marcom Manager to amplify hotel images
and achieve revenue or convention rate maximum
负责社交媒体的撰写,并协助市场传媒经理扩大酒店正面形象及收益或转化率
§ Responsible
for shooting or assist Artist to take photography of hotel products or
activates with a good quality to promote or release out
负责拍摄或协助美工拍摄酒店推广或活动,保证质量及达到传播效果
§ Assist
in developing and maintaining relationships with all local media, communities,
industry associations, and government agencies

§ Ensures services
provided by the department are always available and are always carried out to
defined Standard with the utmost efficiency, consistency and courtesy as
detailed in the Department Operations Manual.

§ Focuses attention on
improving productivity levels and the need to prudently manage utility/ payroll
costs within acceptable guidelines, ensuring optimum deployment and energy
efficiency of all equipment.

§ Supports the Training
initiatives and philosophies of the company

§ Ensures employees have
a complete understanding of Rules and Regulations, and that behaviour complies.

§ Ensures all employees
maintain an up-to-date awareness of hotel product knowledge, current promotion,
policy changes and appropriate internal communication.
确保所有员工对最新的酒店产品、现有的推广、政策的更改和适度的内部沟通都有所了解。
General

§ Attends and
contributes to all Meetings as required.
出席和参与所有相关的会议。
§ Ensures all employees
provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
确保员工在任何时候都提供礼貌而专业的服务。
§ Handles guest and
employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or
problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt
follow up.
礼貌而高效的处理客人和员工的咨询。如果不能即时找到合适的解决方案,在向客人或员工承诺跟进的同时应向上级汇报相关的投诉或问题。
§ knowledgeable in
statutory legislation in employee and industrial relations, understanding and
strictly adhering to Rules & Regulations established in the Employee
handbook and the Hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene and health &
safety.
充分了解雇员立法和劳资关系,理解并严格遵守员工手册、酒店消防、卫生、健康与安全等相关的规章制度。
§ Takes an active
involvement in the welfare, safety, development and well being of employees
providing advice, counselling and truthful, diplomatic feedback.
积极地为员工的福利、安全、发展和心身健康出谋献策,并给予有辅导性,可信度和建设性的回馈。
§ Ensures high standards
of personal presentation & grooming.
确保个人精神面貌的高度标准性。
§ Maintains positive
guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
发展良好的工作关系,维持与客人和同事之间的积极互动。
§ Exercises responsible
management and behaviour at all times and positively representing the Hotel
Management Team and Hyatt International.
任何时候都展现有责任的管理和行为,为酒店管理层和凯悦国际建立正面的形象。
§ Responds to requests
to undertake any reasonable tasks and secondary duties and to changes as
dictated by the hotel, industry and company.
承担合理的工作职责和第二职责,并根据酒店、行业和公司的需要做相应的调整。
