Director of Engineering 工程总监

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
工作职责
参与酒店筹备期设备设施规划设计方案、施工图设计,与业主及施工方协调工作Involve in the design of equipment layout plan, blueprints, and shop drawings in the pre-opening period.Coordinate with the owner and contractors.
负责酒店项目的整体工程验收和管理工作Be responsible for the acceptance and management work of the whole hotel project.
负责制定工程部组织结构和运行管理模式Formulate the organization structure, mode of organization and management of Engineering Department.
制定各专业组管理制度和安全操作规程Formulate the management system and safety operation rules for all working groups.
负责管理各专业技术人员，制订、落实、检查、监督维修保养内容和日常维修内容Administrate all technicians.Develop, implement, inspectand supervise the maintenance and repair work.
组织专业的技能和管理培训。提高员工的整体素质，建设具有团队精神的部门Arrange the professional skill training. Improvethe whole quality of all employees. Make Engineering a powerful department
负责外包的维修保养合同In charge of the outsourcing maintenance contract
与酒店其它部门建立良好的交流和沟通，形成良好的配合Set up a good communication and cooperation environment with other departments
控制成本，节约能耗。努力为酒店获取盈利Cost control and energy saving. Make maximum benefits for hotel
协调和管理能源节约和能源再利用系统 Coordinate and administrate energy saving and energy recycle system.
完成月度统计和报表，有效管理工程部办公室的日常运作Create monthly statistics and coordinate a smooth administration of the engineering office.
根据酒店标准制度相关的程度与政策并执行Reinforcing policy and regulations in compliance with hotel standards
在酒店职能结构中建立良好的领导力和行为规范Build good leadership and code of conduct in hotel function structure.
配合人力资源部和培训部完成部门培训工作和绩效评估To implement training, assessment and annual performance evaluations in co-operation with the Human resources and Training Departments.
在指定下的预算范围内工作Work within all pre-set budgetary limits.
COMPETENCIES:

大学本科及以上学历（工程专业毕业）Bachelor’s degree or above(majoring in engineering
10年以上工程施工工作经验，3年以上总工或副总工资历。10 year or above engineering working experience, 3 years or above Engineering Director or Assistant Chief Engineer working experience 计划与组织能力Planning and organizational skills
