1. Assists the Human Resource Director, where appropriate, in the development and preparation of the Hotel’s Strategic Plan, Marketing Plan and Goals Programme

2. Manages Human Resource Department, ensuringcompliance with all Corporate, area and hotel policies and procedures; andcurrent local and government regulations pertaining to hosts practices

3. Ensures clear lines of communication exist todisseminate information affecting hosts - hosts relations, hosts activities andhotel policies and programme

4. Prepares and submits periodic reports formanagement’s use in accordance with Corporate and government requirements, suchas turnover reports, personnel inventories, absenteeism reports, health andsafety, accident reports etc.

5. Maintains and updates files on hosts records,legal documents and other Personnel matters, efficiently and confidentiality

6. Maintains effective communications at all levelsof management and hosts
同各级管理层和员工进行有效的交流。
7. Assists in maintaining and creating a positiveatmosphere within the hotel that allows for open two way communication thatensures morale and productivity reach the highest possible levels

8. Develops and implements recruiting and screeningsystems and procedures in order to attract qualified candidates for positionvacancies

9. Ensures all new hosts attend the hotel’sOrientation Programme in accordance with Six Senses guidelines.

10. Monitors the administration of the PerformanceAppraisal Programme and acts in an advisory capacity to hotel department headson the process

11. Participates in the Six Senses ManagementDevelopment and Succession Planning process by recommending candidates asappropriate
参与六善集团管理层发展和接班人计划工作,必要时推荐候选人。
12. Regularly analyses hotel manpower requirements andrecommends selection and development activities to meet those requirements

13. Contributes to the development and implementationof improved methods of work and better utilization of hosts in all area
