Assists all the event sales strategy, tactics, and action implementations, complying with the Driving Customer Preference, in order to create a strong and disciplined event sales team, and to achieve the event sales goal.
· 经常监督和评估当地,国际和国际市场趋势,和竞争酒店的会议宴会销售策略以确保酒店在会议宴会市场和会议宴会销售方面保持竞争力和处于领先地位。
Monitors and evaluates local, national and international market trends, and the competitor hotels’ event sales initiatives, in order to make sure that the hotel’s marketing and event sales remain competitive and at the cutting edge.
· 协助并协调所有会议宴会销售活动,并将这些活动信息传达至整个酒店。
Assists and coordinates all selling activities and communicate these activities throughout the hotel.
· 拟定以及贯彻执行所有在会议宴会销售部重要事项及解决方案和3个月行动计划中所列出的销售相关活动。
Prepare and implements all event sales activities outlined in the Critical Sales & Marketing Issues and Resolutions and 3-month Action Plan.
· 维护数据库中本地,国内和海外的团体、餐饮和会议需求并且确保适当的会议宴会销售开发。
Maintains a database of local, national and international group, catering and conference leads and ensures implementation of appropriate event sales development and acquisition activities.
