Networking: Build and maintain a strong network within the industry. Represent
the company at industry events and conferences.

Negotiations: Lead negotiations for term sheets and other agreements. Ensure
favorable terms and conditions for the company.

Development team.

Travel: Travel as required to meet with partners, conduct site visits, and
attend industry events.

Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business development,
preferably within the hospitality industry. Proven track record of successful
project management and strategic partnership development.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or
other advanced degree preferred.
