Public Area Supervisor公共区域主管

• To supervise, organize, co-ordinate and to participate in the activities of all the function rooms, outlets and public areas and offices.
监督、组织、协调并参与和功能厅、餐厅、公共区域和办公室相关的工作。
• Conduct daily inspections of function rooms, outlets, public areas, W.C. and offices.
每日检查功能厅，餐厅，公共区域，洗手间和办公室。
• Make sure that lobby and all public toilets are hygienically cleaned.
确保大堂和所有公用洗手间干净卫生。
• Check P.A. staff's attire, name badges etc. and give briefing daily before they start work
每日开始工作前召开晨会并检查公区服务员的服装和名牌等。
• Plan and schedule work load under the directions of the Public Area Supervisor to the P.A. cleaner.
在公区主管的指导下制定公区员工的工作计划。
• Report all maintenance to the Engineering Dept. and check maintenance work to be done or not.
通知工程部所有需维修的问题并检查维修工作是否已完成
• Control consumption of cleaning materials and sees to the adequate stocking of cleaning supplies. Maintain all equipment and machines in clean/good working condition
• 控制清洁用品的消耗量并确保有足够的库存量。确保所有机器设备工作正常，干净整洁。
• Handles other duties and projects as assigned by the management
处理其它由管理层分派的工作。
