Assistant Wellness Manager 康体部副经理

Responsible for Membership Sales, Fitness
Programming and Cross-support in Spa Operations.
· Oversee the Membership Program especially
the arrangement of group, PT class and workshop.
· Responsible for sale of
memberships and its revenues and expenses including increasing personal
training and private class revenue of wellness members and hotel guests. Proactively
engaging members whose memberships are expiring to renew.
· Responsible for the budgeted
lines of Wellness Memberships as they relate to monthly fees
· Responsible for Wellness membership
retention
· Along with Fitness Lead, provide
concierge support to all Wellness members
· Develop
program content and offerings to increase utilization of Wellness membership
· Quarterly offer and promotion to achieve
marketing need and guest expectation
· Work with
team, develop and implement sales & marketing strategy to
recruit new members for Wellness and increase spa sales in the event that the
Wellness program is not at capacity.
· Develop and
recommend operational processes and internal procedures to enhance Wellness
Membership program
