Job Summary
Superviseresidence team including residence Front office / Guest Relations / Club 68
team work within budgeted guidelines established by the property, manage guest
activity related residence functions by monitoring standards. Work close with HSKP team to establish the home away from home
residence experience for all the guest to make sure RW standards are on hold to
differential us to competitor.
· Ensures the FrontServices team maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmentalpolicies, service procedures on a daily basis.
· Monitor TrustYou and takenecessary action to ensure service level and engagement are always up to standardand goal set by the management in order to maintain high customers’ satisfaction and loyalty.
· Meet with manager orsupervisor on Duty to review business status and follow up items.
· Access all function orcomputer systems according to established procedures and standards.
· Check front desk andstorage areas for proper supplies, organization and cleanliness. Instruct designated personal to rectify any cleanliness/organization deficiencies.
· Establish par levels ofsupplies and equipment. Complete requisitions to replenish shortages oradditional items needs.
· Monitor and ensure thatfront desk and lobby areas are kept clean and organized at all times.
· Review the daily businesslevels, anticipate critical situations and plan effective solutions to bestexpedite these situations.
· Prepare weekly workschedule in accordance with staffing guidelines and labor forecasts. Adjustschedules throughout the week to meet the business demands.
