Responsibility Outline职责概述
The Security Manager is responsible to the security & safety procedure & policy, which meet the requirement of local law & regulation. To ensure the department is running smoothly and orderly. To training all associates, ensure them understand the importance of safety & security. Liaise and coordinate with local authority and JW Marriott International – Loss Prevention. Make sure hotel operation which related to security & safety is compatible with the Marriott standard and local law and regulation.
安全经理负责确保安全和保安的程序和政策符合当地法律法规的规定。确保部门有条不紊的运转。对所有员工进行培训,确保他们了解安全保安的重要性。和当地政府部门及万豪国家安全部保持联系。确保酒店关于安全保安的操作符合万豪和当地法律法规的规定。
1. Ensure corporate policies, guidelines and directives on safety and security of human lives and hotel’s assets are implemented.
确保酒店关于人身和财产的安全、保安方面的政策、方针和指导方向的正确执行。
2. Plan goals and work scope for all Loss Prevention personnel.
为所有安全部人员制定安全工作目标和范围。
3. Recommend and advise on budgetary requirements and expenditure. make a good control of the cost.
筹划部门预算和支出,控制本部的费用和预算。
4. Detail work schedules, specific tasks and duties of all Loss Prevention personnel, in order to ensure smooth operations of day-to-day security activities and functions.
将所有安全部人员的工作时间表、任务职责细节化,确保部门日常安全工作的正常运转。
5. Assumes responsibility in the identification and resolution of all operational problems relating to the safety and security of human lives and assets.
识别并解决实际操作中遇到与人身财产有关的安全问题。
6. Develop plans and programs for the hotel in all aspects of security management.
制定所有酒店安全管理方面的方案和程序。
7. Establish safeguard strategies for big meeting events held in hotel, with the assistance of other department in order。
建立酒店重大活动和重要事件的安保工作方案,与各部门协商落实的具体措施。
8. Is responsible for the recruitment, training, coaching, counseling, evaluating performance and administration of all Loss Prevention personnel.
负责安全部人员的雇佣、培训、指导、咨询、绩效评估和行政管理。
9. Handling guests’ safety issues—assist GM & relative departments with prevent any conflicts or complains occur in hotel to from spreading.
接待,解决,处理酒店住客有关安全方面的问题或投诉,配合酒店总经理及相关部门处理酒店范围内的各种冲突,避免事态扩大。
10. Establish rapport and co-operation with the Police, Fire Department, National Security Bureau and all relevant authorities, and co-ordinate any inquiries from them,and report to hotel management.
和警方、消防局、安全局和其他政府机构保持良好的合作关系,配合他们进行调查并及时将情况报告酒店最高管理层。
11. Submit hotel monthly/yearly safety summary report to immediate supervisor and GM.
向酒店总经理及上级主管部门提交月度,年度安全情况报告和报表。
12. Evaluate and implement proper measure to eliminate hazards.
采取措施减少潜在威胁。
