1. 熟练前台主要工作模块包括预订、入住接待、换房和退房等。
Skilled in completing the main work modulesof the front desk, including booking, check-in reception,room change andcheck-out, etc.
2. 确保每个客人都是被热情且友好的态度接待,并称呼客人的名字。
Ensure that each guest is received with awarm, friendly, and helpful attitude, and names of the guests.
3. 收集客人在住期间提供的建议和意见,感谢客人的反馈,邀请客人再次入住,并将客人的反馈及时汇报给部门经理和主管。
Collect suggestions and comments fromguests during their stay, thank guests for their feedback, invite guests tostay again, and report guest feedback to department managers and supervisors ina timely manner.
4. 学会处理客人的投诉、问询和请求,如果自己无法提供协助,则寻求主管和经理。
Attends to guest’s complaints, inquiriesand requests, referees problems to supervisor/Assistant Manager.
