值班工程师 Duty Engineer

We are looking for a Duty Engineer with following duties and requirements:

As a Duty Engineer, we rely on you to:
作为酒店值班工程师，需承担以下主要工作职责：
1、Monitor and operate HVAC systems to ensure stable and efficient performance
监控并运行暖通空调系统，确保设备稳定、高效运行
2、Conduct routine inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment
对暖通设备进行日常巡检、维护及故障排查
3、Respond promptly to guest and internal service requests related to HVAC issues
及时响应客人及内部关于暖通问题的服务需求
4、Record operational data and report abnormal conditions to supervisors
记录运行数据，并及时上报异常情况
5、Ensure compliance with safety standards, energy-saving practices, and hotel procedures
确保遵守安全规范、节能要求及酒店操作流程
We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：
1、Technical knowledge of HVAC systems and related equipment operation
具备暖通空调系统及相关设备运行的专业知识
2、Relevant technical certification or vocational training preferred
持相关技术证书或接受过专业培训者优先
3、Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
具备机电故障诊断与处理能力
4、Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work in shifts
责任心强，能适应值班及倒班工作
5、Good teamwork and communication skills
具备良好的团队合作精神及沟通能力
