值班工程师 Duty Engineer

We are looking for a Duty Engineer with following duties and requirements:

As a Duty Engineer, we rely on you to:
作为酒店值班工程师，需承担以下主要工作职责：
1. Supervise daily renovation and fit-out works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, hotel standards, and safety requirements.
负责酒店装修、改造及翻新工程的日常监督，确保施工符合设计图纸、酒店标准及安全要求。
2. Coordinate contractors and relevant departments to ensure renovation projects are completed on schedule with minimal impact on hotel operations.
协调施工单位及酒店相关部门，确保装修工程按计划推进，并最大限度减少对酒店运营的影响。
3. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction quality, workmanship, and progress.
定期巡视施工现场，监督施工质量、工艺标准及工程进度。
4. Identify and resolve construction and engineering issues, and follow up on rectification works.
及时发现并解决施工过程中的工程技术问题，跟进整改工作落实情况。
5. Ensure compliance with hotel safety procedures, fire protection requirements, and permit-to-work regulations throughout the renovation process.
监督施工安全管理，确保施工单位严格遵守酒店安全规范、消防要求及作业许可制度。
We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：
1. Education background is not mandatory; candidates with relevant renovation, construction, or engineering experience are preferred.
学历不限，具备装修工程、施工管理或工程维修相关经验者优先。
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel renovation, construction supervision, fit-out projects, or engineering maintenance.
具有2年以上酒店装修工程、施工管理、装饰工程或工程维修相关工作经验。
3. Familiarity with construction drawings, renovation standards, project management processes, and engineering specifications.
熟悉施工图纸、装修标准、项目管理流程及工程技术规范。
4. Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and interior finishing works within a hotel environment.
了解酒店强弱电系统、给排水系统、暖通空调系统及装饰装修工程。
5. Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and contractor management skills.
具备良好的沟通协调能力、问题解决能力及施工单位管理能力。
