As a Staff Canteen Commis, we rely on you to:
作为员工餐厅厨师,需承担以下主要工作职责:
1、Prepare and cook daily meals for staff according to the menu and portion standards.
根据菜单和标准份量,准备并烹饪员工每日餐食。
2、Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet hotel standards.
确保食品质量、口味和摆盘符合酒店标准。
3、Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen at all times.
始终保持厨房的卫生和安全标准。
4、Monitor inventory of ingredients and report shortages to the supervisor promptly.
监控食材库存,及时向主管报告短缺情况。
5、Assist in menu planning and suggest improvements based on staff feedback.
协助制定菜单,并根据员工反馈提出改进建议。
We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备:
1、At least 2 years of experience as a cook or chef, preferably in a staff canteen or hotel kitchen.
至少2年厨师工作经验,优先考虑有员工餐厅或酒店厨房经验者。
2、Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
熟悉食品安全和卫生操作规范。
3、Ability to prepare large quantities of food efficiently and maintain consistency.
能够高效制作大量餐食并保持质量一致性。
4、Good communication and teamwork skills.
具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
5、Basic understanding of Mandarin; English knowledge is a plus.
具备基本普通话沟通能力,懂英语者优先。
