Job Description
Assists the Manager of Training & Development in the preparation and implementation of all training programs.
Assists the Manager of Training & Development in the preparation of weekly and monthly training schedules and monthly training report.
Maintains and updates records of all training programs conducted.
Maintains standard of hotel training equipment and training library of resources.
Ensures the training area kept clean & tidy.
Establishes & maintains effective relations with our associates.
Reviews training policies, procedures and practices. Recommends improvement to the Manager of Training & Development.
Monitors present and future training trends, practices and system that are beneficial for hotel associates and recommends to the Manager of Training & Development for implementation.
Disseminate information regarding training activities, special skill improvement programs.

向员工宣传各项培训活动以及特定的培训课程。
Qualification
Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
2 years related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
任职资格
酒店管理,餐饮或相关专业的大专学历。
2年相关工作经历,包括管理经验,或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。

- 国际联号工作经验:优先
- 年龄要求:25岁以上
- 语言要求:英语-一般,中国普通话-良好
