Job Description
Supervise and execute the production of desserts or bread, ensuring they meet our recipes and standards.
Prepare and decorate afternoon tea treats.
Assist the head chef in managing and training subordinate staff
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the product, including ingredients and equipment;
Lead subordinates to complete tasks assigned by superiors on time.
Produce and decorate according to departmental standards.
Maintain kitchen hygiene by cleaning and organizing the work area.

Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Pastry & Baking or Culinary Skills or related field.
4 years related experience as or formal training or an equivalent combination of education and culinary/kitchen operations experience.
