MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 責任概要 :
Functionsas the Strategic Business Leader ofthe hotel’s Food and Beverage operation including restaurants, bars andlounges, room service, banquets and catering, where applicable. Positionoversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies andensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brandinitiatives. The position ensures theFood and Beverage operation meets the brand’s target customer needs, ensuresassociate satisfaction, focuses on growing revenues and maximizes the financialperformance of the department. As amember of the executive committee develops and implements hotel-wide strategiesthat deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectationsof the brand’s target customer and property associates and provide a return oninvestment to the owner and Marriott International.
