Pick up and drop off guests using the shuttle service according to hotel standard procedures;
按酒店标准程序用开接驳车接送客人；
Assist guests with opening the car door when getting in and out, and remind them of the vehicle's height;
在客人上下车时帮客人开车门并提醒客人车顶高度；
Inspect the lobby, keep it clean and tidy, and report any issues found;
检查大堂，并保持干净整洁，报告发现的任何问题；
Maintain order of vehicle driving and parking;
维护车辆行车和停放秩序；
Ensure that guests receive services that meet or exceed their expectations;
确保给客人提供客人满意并期望的服务或超出客人的期望服务;
C1/C2 driver's license preferred;
有C1/C2驾照优先。
