Ensures the efficient and effectivemanagement of the hotel in order to maximise revenue streams, improveprofitability whilst maintain and enhancing operating standards, in conjunctionwith the hotel General Manager.

Ensures the successful introduction andadherence to company/hotel policies and procedures, corporate initiatives andowner requirements.

Establishes a rapport with guestsmaintaining good relation at all times.
与客人建立并保持一种积极的关系。
Maintains clear two-way communicationchannels with the hotel General Manager, with regular briefings andcommunication sessions concerning all hotel related matters.
通过例会及沟通会议与酒店总经理就酒店所有相关事宜进行有效的双向沟通。
Procures and disseminate informationeffectively throughout the Management Team ensuring effective and timelydecision-making.
获取并即时、有效地传达信息至整个管理团队,以确保有效、准确的决策。
Coordinates the timely preparation ofthe hotel annual Business Plan.
协调以确保酒店年度营运计划的及时准备。
Ensures that the hotel operatingperformance remains in line with agreed performance indicators and thatappropriate actions are taken to address any negative variances throughmonthly/quarterly reviews throughout the financial year.
确保酒店的运营与操作手册保持一致,通过每个财政年度的月度/季度会议进行沟通,适时、适当地指出财政负差异。
Reviews monthly Financial statementswith each Leadership Committee member taking appropriate actions as needed inconjunction with the General Manager and Director of Finance.
每月协同总经理、财政总监与各部门高级行政管理人员分析酒店财政报告,根据需要采取适当的措施。
Interprets and acts upon informationprovided by the Owner/General Manager and Director of Finance in relation tohotel revenues and cost structures.
充分理解由业主、酒店总经理和财务总监提供的有关酒店收入及成本结构的相关信息,并根据这些信息采取行动。
Reviews and plans the pricing structuresfor the hotel in both Rooms and Food & Beverage in conjunction withExecutives and Corporate Specialists.
与高级管理人员及公司专家共同分析及计划酒店房务及餐饮的定价结构。
Assists in monitoring all costsand expenses to minimize Operating Costs without compromising our brandstandard.
监督管理酒店运营成本及费用,在不影响酒店品牌标准的前提下将成本控制至最小化。
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of localand international market trends in order to continuously develop products andservices to maintain and improve revenue streams and customer retentiontogether with the General Manager and Director of Marketing.
掌握当地及国际市场最新发展趋势,协同总经理及市场部总监,持续开发酒店产品与服务以提高酒店收入并保持客户的忠诚度。
Establishes a clear presence in thelocal community ensuring that Public Relations / appropriate exposure ismaintained within the local and expatriate circles.
在当地树立酒店的品牌形象,为深入国内及海外市场进行适度的公关宣传。
Works closely with corporate specialistsand sales offices to maximise opportunities for the hotel.
与公司专家及销售部紧密合作,力求挖掘酒店的最大商机。
Plays an active role in the hotelsRevenue Management process and support the implementation of measures towardsrevenue/yield management.

In conjunction with the General Manager/ Leadership Committee and Director of Human Resources, plans, organise andcontrols the efficient and effective utilisation of all hotel personnel.
与总经理/高级行政管理人员以及人事部总监共同对酒店人事进行有效规划、组织和管理。
In conjunction with the General Managerand Director of Human Resources, authorise and approve (within pre agreedauthorisation guidelines) the recruitment and selection of Associates for theoperational of the hotel.
与总经理和人事部总监(依据双方事先达成共识的指导方针)共同就酒店运营所需员工的选择、录用等问题作出批准。
Instils and supports the traininginitiatives and philosophies of the company and ensure that effective on andoff the job training is conducted by appropriate training specialists. In conjunction with the GeneralManager and Director of Human Resources, execute the hotel’s disciplinary andgrievance procedures fairly and consistently.
支持酒店的培训活动,使酒店的企业文化渗入其中,确保各类培训由培训专员有效地完成。协同总经理,人力资源部总监公平,公正地执行员工纪律及申诉程序。
Liaises with the Director of HumanResources on all matters of personnel and training.
与人力资源部总监就所有关于人事及培训的事宜进行沟通。
Be aware of the implications ofstatutory legislation in employment and industrial relations.
掌握雇用及劳资关系的相关法律条文。
Be responsible for the smooth andeffective running of the day-to-day operations of the hotel, thereby ensuringthat established standards of performance are maintained balancing thecontinued satisfaction of the guests and financial objectives of the hotel.
对高效率地进行酒店的日常运营工作负责,因此要确保有效实施酒店制定的运营标准以实现客户满意、达到酒店的财政目标。
Frequently tours both Front of the Houseand Back of the House areas of the hotel checking standards of cleanliness,maintenance, visibility and security.
要频繁地巡视酒店前场和后场,检查其卫生、维护、外观及安全状况是否符合标准。
Regularly samples, inspect and controlhotel products and services.
检查和控制酒店出品和服务,定期抽查。
Responds to any corporate initiatives,organisational changes, policy introduction or strategic/philosophy changes asdictated by the needs of the industry, company or hotel.
灵活应对由相关行业,公司及酒店所面临的一切变改,包括公司活动、机构变更及政策、人文方面的最新变化。
