厨房实习生 Kitchen Trainee

主要职责Primary Responsibilities：
为同事提供支持的同时，始终如一地提供专业、友好和主动的服务 根据酒店菜单和标准，准备和提供菜单的所有食物 在汇报每日当值情况时积极交流想法、意见和建议 维持所有冷藏设备中产品的正常运转，尽量减少浪费/腐坏 确保准确发放仓库中食物 全面了解所有菜单项、每日特色和促销活动 确保所有工作区、器具和设备的清洁及维护 遵循厨房政策、流程和服务标准 在提供餐饮时须遵循所有安全和环境卫生政策 上级主管安排的其它任务While supporting colleagues, consistently deliver professional, friendly, and proactive service.Prepare and serve all food items from the menus in accordance with hotel menu specifications and standards.Actively share ideas, opinions, and suggestions when reporting daily shift activities.Maintain proper rotation of products in all refrigeration equipment to minimize waste/spoilage.Ensure accurate issuance of food items from the store room.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, daily specials, and promotional activities.Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.Adhere to kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards.Comply with all safety and sanitation policies when serving food and beverages.Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
