1. 良好强电知识和全面掌握电力设备运行，维修和维护技能。
Good knowledge and hand on skills of electrical system operation, repair and maintenance.
2. 具有电机重新缠绕线圈的知识和能力。
Knowledge and hand on skill of re-winding of electrical motor.
3. 正规电力职业学校毕业，专业掌握电力系统维修和维护知识。
Technical vocational institute training in general electrical systems repairs & maintenance.
4. 开展预防维护工作以及按照工程师的指令和生产商建议维修设备。
To execute preventive maintenance and repair in accordance withthe guideline by engineer and manufacturer's recommendations.
