With support of L&D Manager, monitor WSH annual trainingbudget. Ensure all expense are in line with budget.
在学习与发展经理的支持下，管理年度预算。确保花费与预算平衡。
Liaise with HR team to develop effective annual training planwhich meets the needs of Talents, assisting W Shanghai to achieve its goals, asoutlined in PMP, Talent Review and Career Development Plan.
协同人力资源团队，有效制定年度培训计划以满足员工（体现在PMP，人才考核和职业发展计划中）的需求，最终实现上海W酒店的生意目标。
Develop, source and conduct training courses by calendar. Hostcustomized training or initiatives to meet hotel business requirements.
开展，整合资源并讲授日历中的培训课程，组织满足酒店需求的定制化培训或活动。
To analyze training needs ofhotel in general and individual departments.
分析酒店整体和独立部门的培训需求。
To build up culture in linewith corporate culture.
建立与集团相一致的文化。
To develop initiativesembracing corporate values and supporting talents to achieve both work andpersonal goals.
