To record and process all reservation inquiries made by phone, fax or email efficiently andaccurately and converted to sales where possible to meet hotel targets.
负责回答和处理所有打进打出酒店的电话和酒店内部电话。
Responsible for answering and placing all incomingand outgoing calls and calls originating within the hotel.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
工作职责
1. 运用向上销售和建议性销售等技巧销售温德姆酒店集团的产品和服务。
Sell the Wyndham Hotels Group products and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques.
2. 推销酒店(以及整个温德姆酒店集团)的产品和服务。
Promote the Hotel’s (and WYNDHAM generally) products and services.
3. 充分了解所在地区的所有温德姆酒店的产品和服务。
Record and process reservations made by phone/fax/email.
4. 发展和保持定期销售拜访模式。
Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls.
5. 制定并执行可增加预订量和相关业务量的活动计划。
Prepare and execute action plans which increase reservation sales and associated business.
6. 记录并完成电话/传真/邮件订单。
Record and process reservations made by phone/fax/email.
7. 接受等候单上的客人预订。
Accept wait list reservations.
8. 修改延期和提前离店等情况的预订记录。
Process amendments to reservations such as extensions, early departures, etc.
9. 调查和记录未按预订抵店的预订情况。
Manage “no show” reservations by investigation and recording of same.
10. 对团组或会议的特别账单安排进行记录。
Record special billing arrangements for groups and conventions.
11.Operatesthe hotel switchboard according to the operating techniques required by thetype of equipment.
根据操作所需设备的技巧操作酒店程控机。
12.Answersincoming calls, connects them to the appropriate extensions and takes downmessages when necessary.
回答打进酒店的电话,将他们接到适当的分机上并在必要时记下信息。
13.Assists guests with outgoing calls and connects internal calls.
协助客人拨打外线电话,转接内部电话。
14.Receivesand places long distance and overseas calls; computes and records charges,informs guests and forwards charges immediately to Cashier.
转接和处理国内长途和国际长途,计算并记录费用,通知客人费用将费用及时转交至出纳。
15.Screens incoming calls for guests when requested.
根据客人要求为客人过滤电话。
16.Handles emergency communication for the Hotel.
