13.参加客户的活动(即,经理人酒会,考察旅行/访问) Attendance of client events (i.e. Managers Cocktail, familiarization trips/visits) ;
14.与团体、旅行销售及卡尔森国际销售办公室密切沟通 Close communication with Corporate and Travel sales as well as Carlson worldwide sales offices;
15.与新老客户建立良好的关系 Establishes and maintains close relationship to existing and new customers;
16.控制并分析团队客人及大型活动的消费率并制定应对措施 Control and analyse conversion rate of groups and events business with action steps;
17. 制定会议及宴会的战略计划 Generates a strategic plan for conference and banquet ;
18.进行员工绩效考核 Conducts staff performance reviews;
19.制作假期排班并将加班时间控制在最低 Controls holiday planning and keep overtime hours as low as possible ;
20. 开发特别项目达到更高的销售收入(例如,提高平均房价) Innovates special programs, to achieve a better result (e.g. average rate increase);
21.分析目前和潜在市场以及其发展趋势,协调一切能够拓展业绩的活动 Analyzes the current and potential markets and trends, coordinates all activities to convert more business;

28.按要求记录所有的销售拜访 Ensures exit Interviews with all clients and the input into Opera as per guidelines;
29.熟知酒店品牌标准 Is fully aware of the hotel’s brand standards;
29.完成上级部署的相关职责和特别项目活动 Performs related duties and special projects assigned;
30. 熟知消防、人身安全及其他安全标准,熟知信贷政策 Is Fully aware of fire, life and safety standards is fully aware of the Credit Policy;
