Room Controller-房控主管

The Room Controller is responsible for the overall operation of the Back Office Support team including room control, preparation for arrival and departure as well as guest profile database maintenance. He / she must be fully conversant with the technicalities of workflow, in line with Hilton and hotel policies andprocedures.在遵循希尔顿集团及酒店政策程序的前提下负责前厅部后线支持团队的整体运作，包括房态控制；为客人的预抵和离店做准备；维护客史信息等。需熟练掌握所有的工作内容和流程。
1、Minimum3 years of Front Office working experience in a 5-star international brandedhotel.最少三年国际五星级酒店前厅部工作经验。
2、Familiar with computer systems.能熟练操作电脑系统。
3、Fluentin verbal and written English.熟练的英文口语和书面沟通能力。
4、Goodcommunication, organization and coordination skills.熟练的英文口语和书面沟通能力。
5、Teamplayer with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.较强的团队合作意识，强烈的责任感及自我激励能力。
