Duties and Responsibilities工作职责
· Assisting manager in the banquet service’s operation.
· 在宴会的服务运作上协助经理
· Handling of guests complains.
· 处理客人的投诉
· Ensuring of service standards during operations and also to give training and guidance.
· 确保服务标准运作期间,也给予培训和指导
· Checking of guests’ satisfaction and proper handling of feedback and follow-up..
· 检查客人的满意度和妥善处理的反馈于跟进,
· Performs opening duties as assigned. (Check list).
· 执行开放的职责分配(检查表)
· Performs closing duties as assigned. (Check list).
· 执行闭幕的职责分配(检查表)
· Associate development, counseling and resolving staff conflict
· 合作发展,辅导和解决员工问题

- 国际联号工作经验:优先
- 语言要求:英语-良好,中国普通话-熟练
- 计算机能力:良好
