Primary Responsibilities主要职责
·Assist the Deputy Director of Personnel and Culture in handling daily personnel and cultural administrative tasks, as well as in conducting talent recruitment and acquisition.
·Recruit talent according to hotel manning.
·Check and update recruitment information on websites everyday : VeryEast, Wechat, Zhaopin, Accor jobs, Linked-in. job flash and so on.
·Making recruitment related reports, and regularly analyzes relative data.
·Develop relationship with schools, set up and maintain long term cooperation relationship for trainees.
·Assist in the routine function of Personnel Administration as well as talent welfare & benefit and all talent activities.
·协助人事与文化副总监处理日常人事与文化行政工作以及人才引进和招募等;
·根据酒店编制及运作需求进行人员招聘;
·每日检查及更新网站招聘信息:最佳东方、微信招聘、雅高集团集团招聘网、领英、招聘海报等;
·制定与招聘相关的统计报表,并定期统计相关数据;
·发展校企关系,建立和维护长期的渠道合作伙伴关系,建立实习生合作;
·协助日常人事管理工作,以及参与办理人才福利、组织人才活动。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·Fluent written English, and can communicate orally.
·2 years supervisory experience in recruitment,1 year HR experience in hotel industry, familiar with hotel recruitment daily work procedure.
·Can complete each work task designated in the above Job Description independently with good communication & coordination capability.
·Good computer skills and management ability.
·英语书面语流利,口语可以交流;
·二年以上招聘管理工作经验,一年以上酒店行业人力资源部工作经验,熟悉酒店业招聘方面日常工作的操作程序;
·能独立完成上述工作职责规定的各项任务,并具有良好的沟通及协调能力;
·良好的电脑技能及管理能力。
