Primary Responsibilities 主要职责
·Overall responsible for the daily operation and management of the housekeeping department, ensuring that the cleaning, disinfection and maintenance of tableware, kitchenware, equipment, etc. comply with the hotel's hygiene standards;
·Manages the inventory of washing-up products and lets the Stewarding Manager know when stocks are expected to run out.
·Organizes the washing-up area and tidies crockery and equipment in the storage area to avoid breakages.
·Helps manage stocks of crockery and appliances, by informing his/her superior of any abnormal losses or breakages.
·Respects recommended doses of cleaning products, thereby helping keep costs under control.
·Ensures that the workplace remains clean and tidy, and the safety of consumable goods by always respecting HACCP regulations.
·Respects the instructions and safety guidelines for the equipment used.
·Respects the hotel's commitments to the "Environment Charter" (saving energy, recycling, sorting waste etc.).
·全面负责酒店管事部的日常运营管理工作,确保餐具、厨具、设备等清洁、消毒及维护工作的符合酒店卫生标准;
·管理库存的洗涤产品,当产品快要用尽的时候及时报告给上级领导:
·规划好清洗区域,整理厨房设备防止损坏;
·帮助管理库存的瓷器和设备,如有任何非正常损失或损坏及时通知直属上级;
·按照清洁剂推荐使用剂量来使用,以帮助控制成本;
·确保工作场所保持清洁和安全,遵守HACCP法规;
·使用厨房设备必须遵照说明及安全指南;
·遵守酒店对《环保章程》的承诺。(节能、回收、垃圾分类等)。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·Communication skills for all levels of talent/guests, confident, clear English.
·Interpersonal skills to deal with guests and talent issues.
·Confidently able to resolve problems and make decisions.
·Adaptable to use computer skill.
·具备一定的沟通技巧、有英语基础;
·具备处理客人与人才关系问题的技巧;
·具备一定的决策能力、解决问题的能力;
·具备电脑操作技能。
