Job Summary
The role is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all engineering-related construction, renovation, maintenance, and technical operations within hotel. Their role ensures that all engineering projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and brand standards—ultimately supporting operational efficiency and enhancing guest experience.
工程项目经理主要负责统筹酒店工程相关的建设、改造、维修及技术管理工作，确保工程项目按期、高质量、合规地完成。他们在整个项目周期中承担计划、执行、监督、沟通与验收的关键职责，以保障酒店设施安全运行并提升宾客体验。
Experience
Solid experience in Engineering Management / Projects in Hotel or related field is a must, including more than 5 years as manager in-charging certain capacity Engineering Team / projects, with related certifications.
必须具备酒店或相关领域的工程管理/项目管理的扎实经验，并拥有至少5年以上管理经验，负责一定规模的工程团队或项目，且具备相关专业资质证书。
