主要工作职责（包括但不限于以下内容）：
1. 负责被分配楼层及房间的检查，报修等工作。提供高效，友好的服务。确保酒店客房始终保持整洁。
2. 掌握完整的部门知识，并遵守部门所有的政策、服务程序和标准。
3. 确保所有的新员工都能得到正确的培训并监督其是否在工作中得到正确的运用并根据酒店要求做好培训记录，存档。
任职资格：
1. 具有高等教育水平，普通话熟练，有英语听说读写技能为佳。
2. 具有楼层主管工作经验，熟知工作内容。
3. 熟知电脑操作及办公软件应用。
4. 良好的人际交往能力，具有亲合力。
5. 良好的口头及书面沟通能力。
经验要求：
1年以上相关工作经验。

THE TEAM
As part of the Housekeeping Department, the Floor Team Leader plays a vital role in delivering Rosewood’s uncompromising standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service.
This position reports directly to the Assistant Floor Manager and works closely with Room Attendants and cross-functional teams to ensure guest rooms and floor operations run seamlessly.
YOUR ROLE
As Floor Team Leader, you are responsible for ensuring guest rooms are maintained in immaculate condition while fostering a positive, motivated, and well-trained housekeeping team.
Your leadership directly impacts guest satisfaction, brand standards, and the overall guest experience. By coordinating daily operations, training team members, and collaborating with Engineering and other departments, you help bring Rosewood’s commitment to thoughtful, refined hospitality to life.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Ensure guest rooms consistently meet Rosewood’s luxury cleanliness and presentation standards
- Supervise, support, and motivate Room Attendants to deliver seamless daily operations
- Prepare daily work schedules, arrival lists, and essential housekeeping reports
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests with the Engineering team
- Train new and existing team members, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Uphold key control procedures, chemical handling standards, and inventory par levels
COULD THIS BE YOU?
- You have at least one year of experience in a similar role within a luxury or international brand hotel
- You bring strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering flawless guest rooms
- You are confident in leading, motivating, and training a diverse housekeeping team
- You understand proper chemical handling, safety procedures, and operational standards
- You remain calm under pressure, exercise good judgment, and solve problems effectively
- You communicate clearly, work collaboratively, and value discretion and confidentiality
