1.在适当时接待和款待客人来店实地考察;
2.建立和保持与固定客人的良好关系;
3.礼貌并有效地处理客人和员工的询问,并向上汇报投诉或问题如果无法立即处理问题,要保证及时跟进处理;
4.细心安排销售拜访达到既定目标;
5.准备并确保所有的销售订单及时传送给相关部门。
Job Description:
1.Entertains and conducts hotel inspections to clients whenever required;
2.Establishes and maintains strong relationship with the established clientele and constantly explores into new business opportunities;
3.Handles guest and associate enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems. If no immediate solution can be found, to ensure that the necessary follow-up is conducted in atimely manner;
4.Carefully plans Sales Calls into defined objectives;
5.Prepares and ensures all Events Orders are distributed to concerned department on a timely manner.
