Courteously greet and escort guests to tables and assist them in seating, ensuring restaurant’s standard of service.
Assist in preparing the restaurant for service and maintaining the cleanliness of the hostess stand, cashier area, cloak area and the dining room at all times.
Assist in monitoring the guests’ needs, check the previously ordered items (cake, flowers, etc) and inform the restaurant kitchen and service staff of all pre-booked menu and special menu requests of the guests.
