Responsible for the management of all aspects and functions of the Bvlgari Bar, in accordance with hotel standards.
Directs implements and maintains a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to respective staff.
Provides support, training, direction, focus, motivating and helps staff members have continuous success.
Ensure the safety and security policies in restaurant.
Monitor accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions and come up with action and suggestions.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach department goals.
