Deliver exceptional reception services to international
guests, including check-in/check-out procedures, inquiry handling, and
personalized assistance to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Welcome and farewell to guests in the lobby, communicate
with guests and collect their stay experiences.
Proactively identify and respond to guest needs, resolve complaints
and special requests by coordinating with departments (Housekeeping, Engineering
etc.) to enhance guest satisfaction.
Establish and maintain guest profile records, documenting
preferences and stay history to provide tailored services, birthday,
anniversary arrangements for hotel guests.
Support the Front Office Manager in daily operations, including
service process optimization, and onboarding training for new staff.
Introducing hotel facilities and surrounding information,
including restaurants, shopping and transportation ect.
Collect guest feedback regularly,
compile reports for management to inform service improvement strategies.
