采购经理（国金汇）

1. This is a cluster role, overseeing procurement operations for both Shanghai IFC Residence and Shanghai Arcadia Residence.
2. The Purchasing Manager is responsible for the efficient running of the procurement division, in alignment with Sun Hung Kai Properties' corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
3. The Purchasing Manager ensures the planning and procurement of materials, including vendor development and the administration of contracted services, in strict accordance with property policies and procedures.
1.Implement the purchasing and tendering policies of Sun Hung Kai Properties in strict accordance with relevant regulations.
2.Approve all Purchase Request Forms and Order Forms.
3.Based on property needs and market supply, identify and select suppliers offering competitive pricing, reliable product quality, strong reputation, and excellent after-sales service, and establish supply relationships accordingly.
4.Develop, screen, and evaluate high-quality suppliers; maintain an approved supplier directory. Regularly negotiate pricing, conduct price comparisons, and lead contract negotiations to sustain long-term partnerships. Handle supply anomalies and after-sales issues as they arise.
5.Conduct bidding processes, price comparisons, and contract reviews for all business agreements in line with property requirements and group policies, ensuring proper execution and implementation.
6.Organize market research and provide timely market intelligence to property leadership. Guide subordinates to complete procurement tasks according to plan, striving to reduce costs and achieve budget efficiencies.
7.Lead procurement and tendering activities for all assigned properties, and coordinate with relevant departments as needed.
8.Regularly audit departmental compliance with economic, customs, quarantine, and health regulations, and promptly address any identified issues.
9.Complete other tasks assigned by the Owner’s Representative and Residence Manager.
教育水平：大专及以上学历
经验：具3年以上合资酒店或服务式公寓采购管理工作经验
知识 ：精通采购和招标程序，熟悉采购和招标合同文件。
