Primary Responsibilities主要职责To conduct frequent and thorough inspections of Restaurant department (at least once a week).To feel comfortable with using all F&B Hotel software as well as general administration programs.Supervise functions.Supervise outlet service.Build and maintain positive relationships with all internal customers and guests in order to exceed their needs.Take action to address these needs in order to exceed their expectations.Maintain current Hotel information to be able to provide information to guests.Implements Procedures which enhance the guest experience.Implement working schedule based on forecast, banquet reservation, group and VIP arrivals.Record sales, complaints, solutions and equipment.Make recommendations to superior, improve working efficiency and sales so as to increase resources and control cost.经常对餐厅部门进行彻底检查(至少一周一次)。灵活地使用所有酒店餐饮软件以及行政程序。监督和管理所有餐饮活动。监督和管理部门服务标准。与所有的酒店客人建立并保持积极的关系。努力去预知客人需求以便满足并超出他们的需求。

根据预测、宴会预订、团体餐的安排及重要宾客的人数来安排工作。做好销售、宾客投诉、解决办法及相关人才、设备的记录。给领导提出建议，提高工作效率，促进销售，并达到增源节支的目的。Knowledge and Experience知识和经验Good oral and written communication skills·Min 2-year experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity, preferably with international hotel.Hotel Restaurant Management graduate·Associate degree or above·Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service.Must be well-presented and professionally groomed at all times ·Excellent leader and trainer with solid motivational and teamwork skills·Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills to deal with diverse talent·良好的口头及书面沟通能力。至少2年酒店相关运做经验，具有国际连锁酒店工作经验优先考虑。酒店管理专业毕业·全日制大专（含）以上学历餐饮服务的各方面丰富经验。始终保持良好和专业的形象，优秀的领导者和培训师，具备良好的激励和团队合作能力·注重细节，良好的人际交往能力，能够和不同的人才相处。
