Primary Responsibilities主要职责
·To carry out water treatment and water sampling test as per water treatment consultant procedures and instructions.
·To carry out routine flushing of the water level sight glass as per instruction.
·To be familiar with the Emergency procedures and action to be taken.
·To carry out repair work so as to minimize energy wastage such as steam/water leak, damaged thermal insulation, malfunction of steam traps, etc.
·To monitor and record the gas or diesel oil consumption per shift.
·To participate in the annual overhauling of the boiler unit under the supervision of the engineer and assisting in the annual inspection done by the Labour Bureau.
·To carry out any other duties that may be directed by the DIR of ENG
·根据程序对锅炉水质进行处理并做好水样测试。
·根据要求对水位进行目测。
·熟悉紧急程序及必要时所要采取的行动。
·做一些维修工作，如蒸汽泄漏/漏水，热绝缘体损坏维修，蒸汽阀的故障维修等以确保将能源浪费控制在最小范围内。
·每班都必须将用气、柴油的消耗量统计登记。
·在上级工程师的监督下参与锅炉的年度大修，配合劳动局的对锅炉的年检。
·执行总监可能指派的其他任务。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·Steam boiler operation certification
·Plumbing skill
·Min 1 years working experience as boiler operator
·Electrical & Control knowledge is preferred
·蒸汽压力锅炉操作证
·管道安装、检修技术
·至少1年锅炉工工作经验
·有电工及自控知识将有利于本职工作
