Primary Responsibilities主要职责
· Provides administrative support to Director directe and ensures the implementation of hotel policies, standards, and procedures as they apply to the administrative functions.
· Types, files, and upkeeps of all private and confidential matters related to the department.
· Sets up a systematic and efficient filing system, both for hard files as well as all electronic data, that enables quick retrieval.
· Prepares the relevant materials for all meetings attended by the Director directe: Daily Operations Meeting, Executive Committee Meetings, Departmental Meetings and ad hoc meetings.
· Answers telephone and give information to callers or routes call to appropriate official and places outgoing calls.
· Compiles and types statistical reports.
· Types, takes dictation and minutes, drafts letters, files and traces, composes correspondence.
· Attends and prepares minutes for Division employees’ meetings.
· Monitors and maintains the proper appearance of the Food & Beverage office area.
· 支持直属领导的行政工作并确保酒店的政策、标准和程序得到充分的执行。
· 打印、归档并保存所有部门的机密事项。
· 建立系统而高效的文档系统,能够快捷的查找到文件和电子档。
· 准备直属领导需列席的会议的相关物品,包括每日营运会议、行政委员会议、部门会议和特殊会议。
· 接听电话,给予来电者以正确的信息,或者转接更恰当的人员和地点。
· 编辑并打印各类报表。
· 打印、记录并制作备忘录,草拟信件,文件归档,书写通信。
· 关注并准备部门员工会议。
· 监督并保存办公室的出勤状况。
Knowledge and Experience知识和经验
·Good oral and written communication skills
· Hotel Restaurant Management graduate
· Minimum 2 years Hotel experience with at least 1 year in a International operation environment
· 良好的口头及书面沟通能力
· 酒店管理专业毕业
· 至少2年酒店工作经验,至少一年国际品牌酒店工作经验
