【岗位职责】
1、与会议宴会销售团队一起负责将所有电话询价转变成直接收入。
Together with Event Sales Team, to be primarilyresponsible for converting all incoming leads.
2、实施电话销售活动,以发现新的商业机会。
To undertake telemarketing activities to identifynew business opportunities where required.
3、始终履行品牌承诺,并提供优越的客户服务。
To deliver the brand promise and provideexceptional client service at all times.
4、与竞争对手的酒店代表、生意伙伴和其他组织,包括本地的学校、旅游学校和大学保持良好的关系。
Maintains strong, professionalrelationship with the relevant representatives from competitor hotels, businesspartners and other organisations.
【岗位要求】
1、具备良好的中、英文书写及沟通能力,掌握应用销售系统。
Possess proficient written and verbal communication skills in bothChinese and English, with a good command of applicable sales systems.
2、具备优秀的市场洞察力和客户开发能力。
Demonstrate excellent market insight andcustomer development capabilities.
3、出色的语言表达及沟通协调能力,与跨部门团队高效合作,解决客户需求。
Exhibit outstanding verbal expression,communication and coordination skills; collaborate efficiently withcross-departmental teams to address customer needs.
